DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

I ship from France and I do ship internationally but please note that you may need to pay international shipping taxes or sales/use tax depending on local laws!

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ECONOMICAL AND TRACKED SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Every order on art prints has an economical shipping option by default to reduce additional fees but tracking can be activated for an additional fee.

As an international customer, you can pick EITHER of those options. If you wish to order several art prints with a tracking number, choose this option on one of the items but leave the others on default. The fee will cover the overall package.

(French customers are exempt from this option as the same fees do not apply.)

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE, ON AVERAGE? 

It can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks for me to send the package depending on the amount of orders! Once the package is out of my hands I cannot control the shipping times– please be aware there may be delays! 

 

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

No, but I will make an exception if your package is confirmed lost by your postal service. Should this be the case and you contact me, providing appropriate proof, I would be happy to offer a refund or second shipment.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS RETURNED TO YOU?

If this should happen, please contact me right away so we can fix it! If it's due to an error on my part, I'll cover the second shipping fee.
